Order Processing
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will usually be dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed before 10:00 AM on Saturdays will usually be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Saturdays, will be shipped on the next available working day.
During periods of exceptionally high demand, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we will endeavour to keep customers informed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
UK Delivery Options
Royal Mail Tracked 48
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
A fully tracked service providing delivery updates throughout the journey.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
A fully tracked priority service providing faster delivery and tracking updates.

Delivery Delays
While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including adverse weather conditions, postal disruptions, or periods of high demand.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Novyren cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Returned Parcels
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, failure to collect the parcel, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be required to pay an additional shipping charge before the order can be re-dispatched.
Alternatively, customers may request a refund for the products purchased. Any original shipping charges and return-to-sender costs incurred by Novyren may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
We recommend checking all delivery information carefully before placing an order to help avoid delays or additional charges.
